Conversational Manx was witten by Juan Y Geill, Purt le Moirrey, Man in 1954.

My version was published by Yn Cheshaght Ghailckagh in 1989.

Manx is the smallest of the Gaelic dialects and little attention is paid to Manx by Scottish and Irish Gaelic speakers.

I hope that by reproducing the material in Gaelic spelling that other Gaelic speakers will make an effort to learn Manx Gaelic and perhaps by acquainting themselves with Gaelic spelling the Manx Gaeil can aquaint themselves with wider Gaeldom.

I make no judgement whatsoever about traditional Manx Spelling and respect that many are very attached to it.
